Prior to purchasing your travel needs online, please call (502) 817-3647 for availability of your service needs on the requested dates and times of service.
The rates below are considered point-to-point round-trip flat rates within a 75-mile radius of the metro Louisville city center.
Any additional service mileage over 75 miles will be calculated at a rate of $3.25 per mile.
NEITHER THESE RATES NOR SERVICE AVAILABILITY WILL APPLY DURING THE KENTUCKY DERBY FESTIVAL PERIOD EACH YEAR. PLEASE CONTACT MANAGEMENT FOR THOSE EFFECTIVE DATES.
A credit card authorization may be required at the time of purchase, before the date of service, or on the date of service. This policy will apply to all reservations that do not have enough hours purchased to cover the transportation for the itinerary. The additional hour(s) will be charged at the conclusion of the reservation. The cost will be the hourly rate for the vehicle. A credit card receipt will be sent automatically to the email on the reservation at the time of the transaction.
For any Private Outing reservation (6) hours or more for any vehicle, the normal cancellation policy does not apply. These vehicles are in high demand, and we may not be able to rebook the vehicle to replace a canceled reservation.
Therefore, effective 10/16/25, any reservation made on the Private Outings Page, 6 hours or more for any vehicle, will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. The Outing may be rescheduled within 90 days with no penalty. A 10% reschedule fee will apply after 90 days unless the cancellation is due to a natural disaster.
